Email hello@save-your-time.app and a person will reply. For something that isn’t working, say what you did, what you expected, and what happened, and include your phone and its system version.
Quick answers
- Nothing is being blocked — open the app. If Screen Time access on iPhone, or the accessibility setting on Android, was turned off, it says so and asks for it again. Also check that the rule isn’t paused and that the time is inside its window.
- A website still opens — blocking an app doesn’t block its website, so add the website to the rule’s selection too. On Android, websites are blocked in Chrome, Firefox, Samsung Internet, Edge, Brave, Opera, DuckDuckGo, Vivaldi and Kiwi.
- I can’t unblock an app — it is covered by a rule in strict mode. The rule shows when it ends, always within 24 hours.
- Subscription and billing — manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings, or on Android in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions. During the free week, the app’s Settings show how many days are left.
- New phone — rules don’t move between phones, because they never leave yours. Use Restore purchases to bring your subscription across.
- Delete your data — deleting the app removes everything it stored on your phone. The privacy policy says how to have purchase records deleted.
Policies
The Privacy Policy covers what data the app handles; the Terms of Use cover the subscription and its free week.
